The thirteenth issue of TGR debuted at the June 2009 Howard Days in Cross Plains, Texas. The featured REH story is "The Black Moon," a very rare Steve Harrison story.  This issue also features tributes and final farewells to the late  great Steve Tompkins by 10 of his fellow friends and Howard scholars.
